Rothaí Inis Oírr is a family run business. Visitors have been availing of our bicycle rental service for over 20 years.
It is important to us that visitors to Inis Oírr (Inisheer) enjoy the time they spend here. We believe that we need to preserve our culture, identity and the unique aspects of our island so that visitors today, and in the future, can get as authentic an experience as possible. We attempt to achieve that in three main ways.
We put the visitor first. If you decide you would like to rent a bike, you will find a warm welcome and great service waiting for you across the road from the pier.
As we grew, we used our love and knowledge of stone to build a beautiful, low impact premises, that blends in with the landscape.
And of course, cycling is the most environmentally friendly way to see the island and does not impact on the peaceful and scenic nature of Inis Oírr.
